Taqen ("we", "us", "our") is an online print-on-demand store operating at taqenscollection.netlify.app. We sell modest Islamic fashion products fulfilled by our production partner, Printify. For privacy enquiries, contact contact us.
Information We Collect
When you place an order, our payment processor (Gumroad) collects the following information directly from you:
- Full name
- Email address
- Shipping address
- Payment card details (processed securely by Gumroad — we never see or store your card number)
We also receive basic order information from Gumroad via webhook (order ID, items purchased, and amount) so we can fulfil your order through Printify.
Our website may collect standard anonymised analytics data (page views, browser type, approximate location) to help us improve the store. This does not identify you personally.
How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information solely to:
- Process and fulfil your order
- Send you order confirmation and shipping updates
- Respond to your customer service enquiries
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent, and we do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.
Third-Party Services
To operate our store we share your data with the following trusted partners, each bound by their own privacy policies:
- Gumroad — payment processing, handled under their their secure payment systems.
- Printify — order fulfilment. Your name and shipping address are passed to Printify to manufacture and ship your order.
- Netlify — website hosting. Standard server logs may be retained per their data policy.
Data Retention
We retain order records for a minimum of 2 years for accounting and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us, subject to any legal retention obligations.
Cookies
Our storefront uses minimal cookies — primarily functional cookies required for the site to operate correctly. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect site functionality.
Your Rights

Payment processing is handled entirely by Gumroad and is never stored on our servers. Our site is served over HTTPS at all times.
