How Our Orders Work
Taqen is a print-on-demand store. Every item is manufactured and fulfilled by our production partner, Printify, after you place your order. Because each piece is made specifically for you, please allow time for both production and shipping.
Production Time
Most orders enter production within 2–5 business days of purchase. During high-volume periods production may take an additional 1–2 business days.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to carrier backlogs, customs processing, or weather events beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's system to reflect movement.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes levied by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact contact us immediately — we can only make changes before production begins.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours and your building's reception. If it is still missing after 5 business days, email us and we will investigate with the carrier.
